Road Tale (1981)
Here's Road Tale, a film made by Garry Bardin in 1981. There's no speaking, just the bleeps, bloops and sound effects of the vehicles. So, while it was made in Soviet Era Russia, everyone can understand it. Language is no barrier.
It's about two cars in a bland, washed out, colorless world who fall in love, discover color, and have to fight to be together. Watching it I couldn't help but think of WALL-E. Only, this came 25 years before the Pixar film.
